Credits are used to generate videos and media on demand, and each generation incurs real processing costs. Once you generate a video, that purchase is considered used and is non-refundable, including any unused credits remaining on your account from it. If you have made a purchase but have not generated any video, you may request a refund of the fully unused credits within 14 days, granted at our sole discretion.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; cancellation stops renewal but does not refund the current period once its credits have been used.
If a purchase fails to deliver or a generation fails due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will restore your credits or issue a refund.
Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's refund rules and are managed through your Google account.
