Credits are used to generate videos and media on demand, and each generation incurs real processing costs. Once credits have been used (consumed), they are non-refundable. Unused credits from a purchase may be eligible for a refund at our discretion if requested promptly.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; cancellation stops renewal but does not refund the current period once its credits have been used.
If a purchase fails to deliver or a generation fails due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will restore your credits or issue a refund.
Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's refund rules and are managed through your Google account.
