By downloading or using Nova, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The Service
Nova is an AI video generation app. You submit text prompts or images; our backend processes them using third-party AI models and returns a generated video. Results may vary based on the complexity of your prompt and the AI model used.
Credits
- Credits are consumed when a video generation job is submitted, not when it completes.
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
- Unused credits do not expire.
- Subscription credits are issued monthly and do not roll over.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Nova to generate content that:
- Depicts real people without their consent in misleading or harmful ways.
- Is sexually explicit, violent, or hateful.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the videos generated from them. By using Nova, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
Intellectual Property
Nova, its logo, and all software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Disclaimers
Nova is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI-generated videos will meet your expectations. AI outputs can be unpredictable. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Subscriptions & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly for subscription purchases.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
