NOVA — Terms of Service

1. The service

NOVA generates AI videos and related media from text prompts, images, and audio you provide, via our app, Chrome extension, and website. By using NOVA you agree to these terms.

2. Your content & rights

• You must own or have the right to use any prompt, image, or audio you submit.
• You keep ownership of your inputs. Videos you generate with paid credits are yours to use (personal or commercial).
• You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NOVA to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or sexually explicit content, to impersonate others, or to depict real people without consent. We moderate generated content and may refuse, remove, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & payment

NOVA runs on credits. New users receive a limited free trial; additional credits and subscriptions are available for purchase (processed by Stripe or Google Play). Each generation consumes credits based on the selected quality tier.

6. AI results & availability

Results are AI-generated and may vary. We rely on third-party AI providers and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific output.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
