Getting Started
How do I create my first video?
Open Nova, type a description of the scene you want in the prompt box, choose a style (Cinematic, Anime, etc.), select your aspect ratio and quality tier, then tap Generate. Your video will be ready in the Gallery within minutes.
Do I need an account?
Yes — a free account is required to use Nova. You can sign in with Google or your email address. New accounts receive 3 free credits to get started.
How long does video generation take?
Fast tier: under 1 minute. Quality tier: 3–5 minutes. Cinema tier: 5–10 minutes. Times may vary based on server load.
Credits & Billing
What are credits?
Credits are Nova's currency for video generation. Fast videos cost 1 credit, Quality costs 3, and Cinema costs 7. Credits never expire and you only pay for what you use.
Do unused credits roll over?
One-time credit purchases never expire. Monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
Can I get a refund?
Credits consumed in video generation are non-refundable. For billing issues with App Store or Google Play purchases, please contact Apple or Google support directly as payments are processed through their platforms.
What subscription plans are available?
Lite ($4.99/mo — 18 credits), Pro ($9.99/mo — 45 credits), Business ($29.99/mo — 200 credits), Agency ($79.99/mo — 600 credits). Annual plans are also available at a discount.
Video Generation
Why did my generation fail?
Generation can fail if your prompt contains content that violates our guidelines, or due to a temporary server issue. Your credits are not charged for failed generations. Try rephrasing your prompt and generating again.
Can I use my own images?
Yes — use the Image to Video feature. Tap the image upload area on the Create screen, choose your photo, and Nova will use it as a reference to generate a matching video scene.
What aspect ratios are supported?
Portrait 9:16 (vertical/reels), Landscape 16:9 (widescreen), and Square 1:1. Choose based on where you plan to share your video.
Where are my videos saved?
All videos are saved to your Gallery inside the app and backed up to your account. You can also save them to your device's photo library by tapping the download button in the Gallery.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored securely using Firebase with encrypted connections. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
