- User content: Text prompts and reference images you submit to generate videos.
- Generated videos: Stored securely and linked to your account so you can access them from any device.
- Purchase data: Credit purchases and subscription status, processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Usage data: App interactions, generation counts, and feature usage — used to improve the product.
- Crash reports: Anonymous diagnostic data via Firebase Crashlytics.
How We Use Your Data
- To process your video generation requests.
- To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions.
- To improve Nova's AI models and app experience.
- To send important account and service notifications.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- AI providers (fal.ai, Kling) to process video generation — your prompts are transmitted to generate your video.
- Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and crash reporting.
- Apple / Google for in-app purchase processing.
Data Retention
Your generated videos are stored until you delete them or close your account. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Export your data.
- Close your account at any time from the app settings.
Children's Privacy
Nova is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, Firebase security rules, and secure API communication to protect your data.
